HOW/WHEN DO I PAY?

You have trusted us with your precious items, we trust you to pay us upon delivery. You can pay cash or check on delivery or if you would like to pay via credit card you can pay Paypal in advance. You do not need to have Paypal account, we can send you an invoice.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY FURNITURE?

We are a blanket wrap company, we use furniture blankets to protect your items. Some items we may box or crate for extra protection.

WILL YOU BRING MY FURNITURE INSIDE MY HOME AND PUT IT IN PLACE?

Yes! The quote will include first floor delivery with setup, but we can take items up stairs for an additional fee. No extra charges for elevators.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have confirmed and booked your shipment with us, you will be given a PB #. Either call or email us with your PB # and we will give you an update on your shipment.

HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE?

Every order is different, we include a personalized ETA* with every quote we send out. Usually the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks after pickup for most of our area.

*All ETAs are subject to change, due weather, traffic, breakdowns, etc.

ARE MY ITEMS INSURED?

Yes! We are fully insured as required by law. Insurance is based on purchase price of the item. Our DOT number is 1372659 and our Federal Motor Carrier number is MC-524576.
